Is it that time already?

Argos need to recruit 20,000 temporary staff to cover their busy peak period every year. And it's our job to help them do this every year. The Argos peak campaign is actually quite a tough brief as essentially the creative concept has to please over 650 store managers. And each year we seem to begin work on the campaign earlier and earlier, this year we presented initial concepts in February.

Once you understand the size of the campaign, which covers local press ads, in store posters, fliers, postcards, website, viral emails and 1 million application forms being distributed to over 650 stores in the UK and Ireland you start to appreciate that we’re not insane after all. Each year the battle for recruiting the best temporary talent increases, with the need to capture the hearts and minds of the available candidates. Clear, simple messages that encompass the fun of working at Argos are needed, as the market is fierce in terms of the options open to candidates during the busiest time of year.
