Employer Branding 2 - campaign

So, on behalf of Kantar Worldpanel, we’d created and implemented a campaign to find employer brand ambassadors, who we’d called the Haptics. Next we got them feeding insight into the brief for every relevant communication, be it external recruitment marketing across 48 sheets, Adshels, web and print, or internal stuff like HR toolkits, onboarding materials, events and, pretty much, the kitchen sink. We used them to articulate the essence of KWP’s work, to establish a distinctive tone of voice and to help formulate a creative solution that reflected the culture and sense of fun. (Oh, and then we used them as models too.)
