With an ever-evolving culture, and a new-look consumer identity waiting in the wings, a complete revamp of Homebase’s careers site was needed. And while websites are prone to overrun or go live unfinished, this one was needed on time, in full.

Featuring real employees throughout the site… Another recruitment advertising and employer branding agency might come up with that. But would they and their client have the integrity to follow it through properly? Photograph the people in situ for all the site imagery? Create mini-biographies of each that pop up every time the mouse rolls over that person? Interview in-depth and produce videos, employee profiles and new content to embody, endorse and inform everything the copy says about company, its vision and its values? Really?

The site was up in time for the re-brand, within budget. And it works. But it paid off in other ways too. All that interviewing and involving the current employees helped us to create employer branding messages without running a full employer branding project. Created a positive buzz too. All part of the service, we say.
